Committee Charter: Investigation and development of Dollar Point public and secure member website functionality. Integration as appropriate with other DPA office systems to simplify communication with DPA members and lower operational cost. Recommend website plans and maintenance to the DPA Board. Implementation of approved plans via contractors and committee members.
2024 Goals:
- Initiate online payments
- Mobile phone user interface improvement
- Improve / expand online reservations
- Forms to help with buoy / rack storage rentals
- Webcam page – add pool, tennis courts to existing feeds
- Up to date postings for directory, newsletters, minutes, calendar
- Enable view family list info within member accounts
- More photos across the site
- Encourage DPA Board, staff and membership to use the website for all member communication
