On May 8, 2019 the following change to our Rules and Regulations was posted to this, The DPA website.
“Please be advised that there will be a use fee for short-term renters in the amount of $10 per day per person over five years of age. The use fee, once paid, will entitle the short term renter to use the beach, tennis courts and swimming pool. The target date for starting the charges is June 24, 2019. The Association will charge the renter at the DPA office or, if the member who rents prefers, the member or his or her agent may pay the fee on behalf of the renters. Further written notice will be provided to all Dollar Point Association members.”
That was the policy in place for the summer season 2019. Rules and Regulations related to the summer season for 2020 could change and therefore DPA members should not assume and therefore not take any action that guarantees the Access Policy for 2020 will be the same as 2019. The DPA Board of Directors plans to provide final policy for summer 2020 by January 1, 2020.
