PurpleAir AQI

Dollar Point installed a PurpleAir air quality index (AQI) sensor at the pool to have an accurate reading of the air quality when the smoke rolls in. Dollar Point’s policy is to not staff the pool or the beach when the AQI is over 200 as it is a health hazard to have employees sitting outside. You can view the sensors for the pool and beach either on PurpleAir or below.
